An articulate, competent, and confident professional, Freddie is a qualified project manager who is now undertaking further studies in postgraduate law. Freddie has diverse and robust experience ranging from civil infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges and rail, to high end commercial development projects. He has experience in working as a client, contractor and consultant on major projects with a variety of contract forms; D&C, PPP, and collaborative contracts.

Freddie's broad exposure to project delivery, estimation, and technical design give him a unique ability to think creatively, commercially and with a delivery focused perspective. He prides himself on his accuracy, reliability, and tenacity and consistency in commitment to the task. He has a capability to excel within high-pressure timelines, while maintaining strong attention to detail.

He has most recently successfully been part of the delivery team that completed and opened WestConnex Stage 1B (M4 East) where he was involved in two state significant infrastructure and development projects - Wynyard Place Development located at One Carrington Street and the WestConnex. He undertook project management, design management, and development deliverables. One of Freddie's key achievements was validating a substantial claim on the WestConnex utilising his previous claims assessment skills.
