Duncan Boss-Walker

Duncan is an environmental professional with more than 18 years’ experience working as a consultant in the environmental industry. A project manager with considerable experience in the delivery of complex environmental projects, Duncan also has excellent skills in collaborating with project stakeholders to achieve environmental outcomes.

Duncan has significant experience in the management and delivery of environmental projects for both public and private clients. He has acted as the key liaison with clients on a number of panel agreements including panels for Defence, RailCorp/Transport for NSW and Randwick City Council. Duncan has collaborated with numerous local, State and Federal stakeholders, including regulators, to successfully deliver environmental projects for clients.

Duncan’s strengths include identification of, and collaboration with key technical teams to assess and manage environmental risk for clients. Duncan is also adept at developing mutually beneficial long term relationships with clients.

Duncan has specific expertise in the management of contaminated land and environmental, health and safety (EHS) solutions. Duncan has experience in delivering contaminated land projects in all parts of the life-cycle of a project from due diligence, through intrusive assessment and remediation. Duncan has a sound understanding of closely related specialties such as hydrogeology, risk assessment and waste management. Duncan has also led EHS audit teams for large multinationals throughout Asia and supported the development of best-practice EHS systems.
