In June 2012, Transport for NSW developed a long term strategic plan, Sydney’s Rail Future, which called for an increase in services along the Airport Line from the existing 8 trains per hour to 20 trains per hour.

Key Outcomes

  • Led the development of the Airport Line Capacity Upgrade business case as Deputy Project Director and Senior Project Manager for Transport for NSW.

  • Managed the technical studies and quantitative risk modelling.

  • Performed and independent assurance review of the business case on behalf of Transport for NSW
