Adam is an Environmental and Sustainability Manager with extensive experience in the delivery of infrastructure projects. He has built his expertise in environmental planning and management during 10 years in environmental roles and has a background in both operational and project based perspectives. Adam is committed to program and cost restraints, whilst ensuring compliance with legislative and project obligations. He brings extensive experience in compliance management, risk assessment, systems and process development and auditing in civil and rail infrastructure.

Adam is a results‑focused professional with strong interpersonal skills and natural leadership qualities. He is experienced in RMS projects and has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of environmental strategy and risk management by valuing thorough planning and timely decision making to effectively manage risk. The pivotal nature of his roles has seen expansion and ownership in related disciplines including training and assessment, project management, planning and approvals, OHS compliance, sustainable development, risk profiling and mitigation, auditing, and community engagement.
