Homes North Community Housing Co Ltd is a Tier 1 Social Housing Company and leading provider within the New England area.

Homes North engaged InfraSol to provided critical input to the development of preparation of the Homes North tender response to Family and Community Services’ tenancy transfer initiative. The management allocation of 14,000 tenancies across the state of NSW would allow Homes North to exponentially grow their level of service provision within the region. Homes North were successful in their bid to secure the long term management rights of the FACS social housing stock within the region.

InfraSol worked closely with the Homes North Executive and Asset Management teams to understand and develop business reformation strategies to respond to the significant future operational and management requirements needs to effectively manage the new portfolio. We also assisted with the preparation of organisation operational budgets for the transaction and operational readiness phase. InfraSol is proud to have assisted Homes North in achieving their long term business goal which will ultimately enhance the lives of those who require social in the New England region.
