The NWRL project will deliver a new high frequency single deck train system between Cudgegong Road, Rouse Hill and Chatswood. The Project includes eight new stations, 15.5 kilometres of tunnels from Epping to Bella Vista and a 4.5 kilometre sky train between Bella Vista and Rouse Hill. It also includes the conversion of the Epping to Chatswood Rail Link to deliver high frequency rapid transit services.

InfraSol Group was engaged to establish the NWRL’s Compliance and Assurance function which provides assurance to the NSW Government that the NWRL’s project functional and operational controls to manage NWRL’s risks and objectives are operating in an efficient and effective manner, and continuously improve its program and project performance.

InfraSol developed and implemented the framework to assist NWRL gain confidence that critical project elements comply with NSW government standards. These project elements include: project governance, delivery performance, workplace health and safety, design and rail safety, and business systems.
