Mark is an experienced rail Project Management practitioner and is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years’ professional experience that includes more than 15 years’ in the transport infrastructure sector between the UK and Australia.

Mark has expertise in technical and delivery management in the Sydney live rail environment, project development management and risk management. He is an accomplished team and stakeholder manager who is able to bring together parties to contribute to and endorse desired outcomes. 

Mark is able to draw upon key experience areas from his career, including:

  • Development and delivery of transport infrastructure projects and contracts

  • Facilitation of briefings, workshops and interactives

  • Contract Management delivering programs including rail station upgrade works

  • Risk Management

  • Strategy Development and gaining executive support
