David Lawson
David is a Principal with 25 years’ experience in the commercial, cost and quantitative risk management of major infrastructure and building projects within Australia, United Kingdom & Middle East.
David’s experience has provided him with a broad base of expertise across transport, water infrastructure, social infrastructure, mining, waste management and commercial development. This depth of experience allows David to provide expert quantum advice including preparation and delivery of evidence in support of claims before the courts. David has worked with some of Australia’s leading law firms and has provided evidence in significant proceedings before the Land and Environment Courts.
David has considerable experience working on behalf of leading consultancy, construction and development firms in a variety of commercial and cost management focused roles across all stages of the project lifecycle.

David currently supports the delivery of Parramatta Light Rail [Stage 1] as Cost and Risk Management lead. In addition David has undertaken cost and commercial reviews of state significant business cases prepared for projects such as the Melbourne Metro and sale transactions of state significant assets including Sydney Desalination Plant.
